Traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to relieve menstrual pain, spasms and help reduce occurrence of menopausal symptoms.

The active ingredient of Wild Yam dioscorea villosa is Diosgenin, a powerful Phyto Sterol which has the ability to activate the bio-chemical lipid pathway aided by numerous enzymes, leading to the production of natural compounds Ubiquinone, Dolichols, Squalene and Cholesterol. Cholesterol is the precursor to all the adrenal hormones. 

As directed massage well into chest, neck, breasts, abdomen, inner arms and thighs, these are areas of the body where the cream is particularly well absorbed. Select one location for each application.          

It is not recommended to use the cream while you are on the Pill.

Anna's contains Phyto sterol nutrients and no manmade hormones and can be used for Menstrual pain and spasms and for the occurrence of Menopausal symptoms as long as you wish. We would expect your discomforts to have disappeared during the first three months.

It is suggested to continue with Anna's after you begin to feel well again to allow your body to maintain balance. If you decide to stop Anna's when happy with your results, there are no side effects if stopped at any time and Anna's can be resumed if needed.

• Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) 20mg
• Contains soya bean products and herbal extract solvent alcohol (ethanol 13.67% v/v).

How To Use It

For Menstrual Discomfort: Start on Day 12 to 20 with 1/4 small 2.5ml teaspoon am & pm, then Day 21 to 28 with 1/2 a small teaspoon am & pm.

For Menopause: Start on Day 7 with 1/4 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon am & pm then as above creating a new cycle if necessary.

NB: Day 1 is always the start of your period.
