Returns and exchanges

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

What items are returnable?

The following products cannot be returned due to change of mind: cosmetics, food and beverages, wellness products, fragrances, eye-wear, underwear, period underwear, menstrual cups, reusable sanitary pads, medicinal products or vitamins, feminine hygiene products or gift cards.

You must post the item/s within 7 business days of receipt of your shipment.

The item/items must be:

  1. In the same condition as purchased;

  2. Unused;

  3. Unopened;

  4. With the seal intact (where applicable); and

  5. Not tempered with by any means.

Free gifts or promotional items are non-refundable.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your store credit or refund will be processed, and where applicable a refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 2-3 business days. Please note it might take between 3-10 business days for your bank to credit the amount back to your account.
