Can I use more than one code at the checkout?

You can use more than one code per order, where applicable, however be aware that these discounts are applied individually and cannot be combined to receive multiple discounts across different ranges. For example: You can use "code A" to obtain a 15% discount on a specific product or your entire order. Additionally, "code B" grants you a 10% discount on a product as part of a site-wide promotion. However, it’s important to note that combining both codes does not enable you to apply a 25% discount to both products at the same time.

When does a promotion end?

All promotional offers with a specified end date will be available until 8 PM on that date.

I forgot to apply my code at checkout. Can I receive a refund?

The short answer is: no. Codes are not applicable retroactively. We will not issue refunds for missed code entries during checkout, as this creates unnecessary work and results in chargebacks for us. Please ensure you enter any applicable codes before finalising your purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

I changed my mind and would like to return some products. Can I keep the gift with the purchase that came with it?

We understand that sometimes you change your mind about a purchase. However, it's important to return all gift-with-purchase items along with the product you're returning. This ensures you receive a full refund.

To qualify for a refund, please remember that the gift items must be unopened and returned together with your other products. If you return your order without the gift items, the full retail value of those gifts will be deducted from your refund. We appreciate your understanding and hope this process is smooth for you!
