Change of Mind Policy
While you may find our 7-day return policy shorter compared to some other stores that offer up to 90 days, we believe that prompt returns are beneficial for everyone. Our products, such as makeup, skincare, and wellness items - are delicate and require careful handling. By returning items quickly, we can ensure they maintain their quality and are available for other customers who may want them. We’re committed to providing you with the best possible experience and want to guarantee that you receive only high-quality products. To receive store credit, simply ensure the returned items meet the following straightforward conditions:

- If you’re looking for a replacement, keep in mind that additional cost, including shipping costs, will apply. The original item(s) must be returned first before we send out your replacement, so please connect with us beforehand.

We do not offer store credit or refunds for items that show normal wear and tear, intentional damage, or are marked as final sale or clearance.
*Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for the following products due to change of mind: cosmetics, food, wellness products, fragrances, eye wear, underwear, period underwear, menstrual cups, reusable sanitary pads, medicinal products, vitamins, feminine hygiene products, or gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction matters greatly to us. All parcels are digitally tracked for safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Providing photos of the issue will help us assist you efficiently.
You will receive a return label. Please return the items within 7 days of receiving it. Once we inspect the returned products, if a legitimate issue is found, we'll promptly issue you a refund.
What about allergic reactions?
You know your body best! If you have concerns regarding any ingredients or need medical advice, consult your healthcare provider before using products that could trigger an allergic reaction.
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used and may lead to allergies. Nonetheless, we are here to address any questions you might have about our products, so feel free to reach out.
Who covers return shipping costs?
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend choosing a tracked service when returning items to ensure they arrive safely. Make sure to pack all items securely to prevent damage in transit. We cannot accept returns sent in padded bags as these can cause damage.
All returns should be shipped in sturdy boxes with at least 2 cm of padding on all sides. We cannot be held responsible for any items damaged during return shipping.
