For orders under this amount, we offer two convenient shipping options:

1. Authority To Leave: For just $7.50, your package can be safely left at your doorstep or your chosen pickup location.
2. Signature On Delivery: Prefer an extra layer of security? Choose this option for a standard fee of $10.45.
Please remember, if you opt for the Authority To Leave service, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items marked as delivered. Similarly, we are not liable for items noted as 'delivered.'

Express Delivery

Express postage is complimentary for orders over $150.00. For orders below $150.00, a flat shipping fee of $15.00 applies.

Occasionally, you might notice that we've opted for express shipping on your order, even if it usually qualifies for standard shipping. This decision reflects our commitment to providing you with excellent service. When the cost difference between standard and express is minimal, we gladly cover the additional expense, ensuring you receive your items faster and enjoy a better shopping experience with us.

How We Deliver Your Parcels

We ship with Australia Post, ensuring your parcel is delivered conveniently to your home, PO Box, locked bag, or parcel locker. What to Expect After Placing Your Order

All goods remain the property of Lavender Living until paid for in full.

After you place your order, we will process it promptly. Expect dispatch within 6 to 72 hours. Keep in mind that orders made on weekends or public holidays will be sent out the next business day, ensuring you receive your items as quickly as possible.

- All in-stock orders received before 9:00 AM (AEST) will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed from 9:00 AM (AEST) to midnight will be sent the following business day.

Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can easily follow its journey. 

To avoid any delays or issues, please double-check that your name and address are accurate. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or undelivered parcels due to incorrect information. If your parcel is lost or returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect details, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost, and we cannot issue store credit or refunds for such cases.

Delivery times

We understand that you’re eager to receive your order! Depending on your location and the delivery option you select, you can expect your parcel to arrive within 1 to 10 business days. While most deliveries are prompt, keep in mind that events like natural disasters or the busy pre-Christmas period can occasionally cause delays.

To help you plan, here’s a quick overview of delivery times across Australia with our regular postal service:

- SE QLD: 1–3 working days  
- NSW/ACT: 3–5 working days  
- VIC/SA: 5–7 working days  
- WA/TASMANIA: 5–7 working days  
- Remote Areas: 7–10 working days 

Authority to Leave option

Choosing the "Authority to Leave" option provides you with convenient and flexible delivery options. Your parcel will be securely left in a designated safe place if available. If not, a notification card will guide you to the nearest Post Office for pickup. Just remember to bring a valid ID when collecting your parcel.

Please note that by selecting 'Authority to Leave,' you are taking responsibility for your package, and we cannot accept liability for any lost or stolen items.

Signature on Delivery option

Opting for the “Signature on Delivery” option guarantees that your parcel will be securely handed to you, requiring your signature and name upon delivery. If you're unavailable, rest assured that your parcel will be safely held at a nearby Post Office. A convenient notification card will be left for you, providing all the details you need to collect it. Don't forget to bring a valid ID to ensure a smooth and easy pickup process. Choose this option for added peace of mind!

What to do if your parcel goes missing or is returned to Lavender Living

At Lavender Living, we ensure that all parcels are sent with a tracked parcel number for your convenience. If you encounter any issues with a missing or undelivered parcel, it's essential to report it to us within 20 business days from the date of shipment within Australia.

Please note that if your parcel has been left at your premises but goes missing, we cannot accept responsibility if you opted for "Authority to Leave." In such cases, you won’t be eligible for a refund or store credit.

If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details you provided, please understand that we are unable to offer a refund or store credit for shipping charges. However, if you wish for us to reship your order, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

In the unfortunate event that your parcel is lost due to an error by Australia Post, we will gladly issue a refund based on the charges on your original invoice.

If you haven’t collected your parcel within 10 business days following an attempted delivery and it is returned to us, please reach out to us to explore your options. Please be aware that we do not provide automatic refunds for parcels returned due to failure to collect.

To facilitate a re-delivery, kindly note that you will be charged for re-shipping and return costs (as determined by Australia Post) before we can resend your parcel, even if your items previously qualified for free delivery. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Flammable goods

Due to safety regulations, flammable items like perfumes and nail polish cannot be accepted by airlines. If you have these items in your cart, rest assured your order will still be delivered promptly via Australia Post Standard Shipping (road service) within Australia.
